Renewable energy stock receives an order for installing 14 wind turbine generators – 

Shares of renewable energy solutions provider Suzlon Energy fell 4% on September 22 after the company announced it had won a contract from Brightnight to build a 29.4 megawatt wind project. Under this project, the company will install 14 S120–140 WTGs (wind turbine generators) rated at 2.1 MW in Osmanabad, Maharashtra.

The project also includes the delivery, installation and commissioning of wind power generation capacity. The company will also provide operation and maintenance services after commissioning. This is his first order win for BrightNight. Global power producer Brightnight is developing a 100 MW wind-solar power project in Osmanabad, Maharashtra, and the power generated from the project will target C&I customer base and renewable energy in India.
